These are way too expensive for leggings. 80.00 dollars for a pair of LEGGINGS? That is ridiculous! Criminal! And I now have three pairs. I had to save for every single one, and it was PAINFUL to click the "order" button...But I've done so three times now because these are the best leggings I've ever had, hands down.Fit is PERFECT. They are nice and thick; with a wide, contoured waist band so there's never any "pinching" (I'm a pretty skinny chick, but cursed with wide-set hip bones, so I hate really tight waistbands). Fabric is PERFECT, with the PERFECT amount of stretch. I can wear them all day...actually I'll wear them quite a few times (4-6 times, but don't tell anyone) before I have to wash them. And even then it isn't because they've lost their shape. I have used a wet-wipe to spot-clean them numerous times because that's the only reason I have to wash them: gone are the days of washing my leggings constantly just to shrink them back up again. These don't ever lose their shape. Ever. I have crawled around on the floor after my toddler in these and nothing changes, there's no sagging around knees or butt or anything. Still fits like a glove. Fabric is thick and warm and feels like satin, it's so soft.Ever since my first pair of these, about a year ago now, I haven't touched any of my other leggings. It seems so wasteful (at least the others weren't eighty-freaking-dollars) but these fit so good, look so good, that I can't stand putting on the old ones: they now look terrible in comparison. It took me six months to finally get the second, and then third pair of these (because of the expense). Really, you only need two - one as backup for the rare times you do need to wash the first (and I wash it gentle cycle on cold or warm and dry it gentle cycle and shape/fit doesn't seem to change). I just got the third because when I got the second I tried going down a size, and these fit so flattering that even down a size looks great; I can get away with it! Sounds braggy, but it's true. One small complaint: I'd maybe wish they were a little longer. I do have long legs (I'm 5"10) but I think that these might be short on "normally proportioned" people too (do they exist, this rare and exotic breed?). I just hike them up a little so that they fit like peddle-pusher/capri length if I'm wearing sandals or flats. And when I'm wearing them with boots it doesn't show so it doesn't matter. It'd be awesome if they'd do a Long and X-Long option, but like I said, I make it work. The picture of the model wearing the pants...I suspect foul play involved; a computer touch-up at least. Because there's no way they go down that far on the ankle on anyone, unless they have very short legs and wear the legging low on the hips, so that the crotch is hanging down a little. I tried the regular yoga pants by this brand once, by the way, and they seemed even shorter...like, those really were like capris. But yes, that's the one and only physical issue/flaw with these. In a perfect PERFECT world, they'd make these about three inches longer (for the normals) and FIVE inches longer for us leggy gals, and call it size "Long". You know what, if they did that I'd pay the 80 bucks and hold my tongue. Until then... I PROTEST! I WITHHOLD TWO STARS! (Since I love these leggings too much to withhold the 80 dollars instead).I have a couple of pairs of the Essential Long Leggings that I ordered directly from Beyond Yoga in different colors and I absolutely love them. I am almost six months pregnant (but still wear an XS in leggings since I am petite) and Beyond Yoga has been a lifesaver when it comes to non-maternity leggings that actually fit my growing belly. The material is super soft and the leggings are super comfortable. The funny thing is the following: after ordering a black pair (XS) directly from Beyond Yoga's website, I decided to get a couple of more so I went ahead and ordered the navy and black, both in XS, from Amazon. The navy shipped from one seller and fits great (just like the black ones I have from Beyond Yoga), but the black ones (that shipped from Shopbop's East Dane website) are super tight! The black ones are so much smaller than the navy even though they are technically the same size that I couldn't even get them up my thighs, and that does not happen very often since I am so petite. The material also felt less stretchy and soft as compared to the navy ones, to the point that I thought they had sent me a different pair of leggings by accident. I decided to return the black ones thinking that they were just a "special" pair and actually re-ordered them directly from Shopbop. Well, same thing happened with them! Whatever batch they have at Shopbop (or East Dane) is just so much smaller than the same leggings from other sellers. SO, if you are ordering the black ones and they ship from Shopbop, make sure you keep that in mind. SO WEIRD!These are the most amazing leggings i have ever owned, i really think they're worth the money. They're made of the softest material i have ever felt with leggings, it feels like microfiber. I have really huge legs and ordered a large. When i took them out of the package they looked teennyyy, but then i put them on and they stretched a ton, i probably could have gotten away with getting a medium because the waist band falls a little bit on me. They're thick enough so they feel like they're going to last a long time but also so they're not too hot. One of the biggest problems i have is that everything i wear when i do yoga i have to readjust it seems between every pose. With these i did have to pull the waist band up now and then, but i think with a medium that wouldn't happen. They stay in place a lot better than anything else i have ever owned. These leggings and prana tank tops are like what i live in now.someone mentioned a camel toe problem. I tend to have problems related to that with other leggings. With these i didn't have a problem. Theres a small triangular patch in the crotch to help prevent that but my butt is big so it doesn't exactly fall in the right place for me, it does seem to lessen the camel toe effect a bit though.i wish i could afford to buy like 5 pairs of these things. Im gonna slowly save up for more though. Im probably going to end up wearing this one pair everyday :PUPDATE: I am updating my review because the fabric really does pale in comparison to Lululemon's standard quality. After half a year of wearing these liberally the surface of the pants are very fuzzy from piling and I even found a hole in them just from regular use. I don't have this problem with Lulu yoga pants which are around the same price.=======I got this in XXS because I always have a crotch problem when it comes to leggings/yoga pants. They are a bit tight around the waist (my fault maybe) but my make my legs and booty look really nice. I haven't had the waist slipping problem that other reviewers had, my issue is the pilling. Admittedly I have worn them a lot but it's been less than a month and I am experiencing a noticeable piling problem!!!! I've never owned Lululemon but I chose this brand cause I heard so many good things about it. :/ Somewhat disappointed, especially with it being as expensive as it is.
